Effective May 1, 2016 - Payments Made on the Day of Service Disconnection
A $30.00 cutoff administrative fee will be charged to all customers who make a payment through the website, in the office, or by phone after 11:00 AM on the day that services are subject to disconnection.
Customers who make a payment after 4:00 PM on the day of disconnection and wish for their services to be restored the same day will be charged a $45.00 after-hours fee in addition to the $30.00 cutoff administration fee. Customers will need to call the after-hours utility line at 770-339.2410 after 5:00 PM to request for services to be restored.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
